The Great British Switch Off

As announced, the process to shut down the Plain Old Telephone System by Openreach is already in process, so you will need to make the switch to digital. If you are not up to speed with what is happening, further details can be found here.

There is no need to fret as the switch over to a digital telephone service is not only seemless, but with a plug-and-play digital desktop telephone it will feel as if nothing has changed. Read more about our Fone service and what we offer here.

Product Recall

We have become aware of a small batch of faulty power supply units and we kindly request that you check any units powering our system against the model in the above picture. If you have one of these power supply units, please carefully touch the back of the unit … if it is warm, that is normal, if it is hot please switch off, note the 4 digit number located in the bottom right hand corner of the power supply unit, e.g. ‘2101’ and send an email to us at customerservices@radiofibre.com or call 0757 656 4242 to arrange for a replacement to be sent out. We are sorry for any inconvenience this has caused.
