TP Link Deco M5
You are provided with a TP Link Deco router as standard which operates in the both 2.4GHz and 5GHZ radio band blended into one wifi signal. This allows old devices to still use the 2.4GHz band but allows modern devices to connect to 5GHz.
How to reboot your router
1. Switch off your router at the mains electric socket
2. Enjoy a cup of tea for 5 minutes.
3. Switch the power back on and wait 1 minute for the light to stop flashing amber (this means the device is booting) and when the light goes green you can reconnect to your WiFi network.
Management of the router
Radiofibre have management access to your router to allow us to administer any changes and check connectivity and speed. If you would like to manage your own router we can set this up for you, but we would ask that in this instance you allow Radiofibre to be a sub manager, to allow us to diagnose any faults.
