Although, we would prefer not to see you leave, we do understand that sometimes the need to cancel your contract is unavoidable.
If you have already finished your last agreed contract period you will have been placed onto a rolling month by month contract and only need to give us 60 days notice to cancel your contract.
If you decide to cancel the service during your initial contract period you will be required to pay a cessation fee (80% of the total amount outstanding on your contract)
If we haven’t managed to persuade you to stay and you’d still like to go ahead and cancel your service, please provide 60 days written notice via email to Customer Services including your full name, postal address, telephone number and account number if known.
All contract cancellations are subject to a deactivation cost regardless of the length of contract.
