Billing

Your broadband bill will be sent to you by email on the 1st of every month and the payment will be taken by direct debit on the 6th of every month. Your first bill will be for a percentage of the monthly fee, dependant on which day that you are connected to our service.

Deposits and balances for installation costs will be billed separately and due 5 days after the invoice date. We use the secure global recurring payments networks GoCardless to process our monthly direct debit payments.

You only need to set up your payment detail once using a secure online form. It’s the most convenient way to pay for recurring payments and you won’t need to remember to pay or take trips to the bank. You will be notified before payments are collected automatically on agreed due dates.

GoCardless is ISO certified for security practises, authorised by the UK Financial Conduct Authority under the Payment Services Regulations 2017 and backed by some of the biggest names in technology and the payments industry.
